We Want You!

In the words of the great Dr. Nick: "Hi everybody!". Britannica has been in the spotlight recently with two fantastic and successful events. First we arranged a fun and engaging 'Gulissitz' with our friends in ESN, that introduced some of the new students and exchange students to the culture and traditions of us Britannicans and the students of Åbo Akademi. The following week we hosted a Movie Night, showing the critically acclaimed mystery/horror film Get Out.

Upcoming events include Britannica's traditional Pub quiz as well as another sitz that we are organizing together with the student associations of other languages at ÅA. Sign up for the cosy 'Pyjamassitz' here!: http://eszett.blankett.fi/form/5106/ ​

Most importantly, we in the board encourage all English students, new and old, to enrich our association and become members of next year's board. It is important that we keep our traditions alive and offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities to our fellow students. Come to our Fall Meeting on November 13th at 5 pm, especially if you are interested in becoming a board member. Join us!
