Pictures from our picnic and 1st of May-celebration
Hi! I know you're all busy finishing your last essays and exams for this year, but for now, why don't you take a look at what Britannica did last weekend? We organized a Wapp-picnic in SL, which was initially supposed to be held in the Cathedral park but changed location the very last minute. Fortunately, it turned out to be a good thing, because what a great turnout! ALOT of snacks..hehe :))))) We played card games, ate some snacks and had fun, and no one had to feel cold, yay!
After our picnic, (almost) everyone went home to change clothes and get our hats, and then we headed for Vårdberget around 6 o'clock to celebrate in the sea of white hats.
After the singing and stuff was over, and we had walked around for a bit and talked to friends, we continued the party at home for a few hours and then around midnight we went out again. The next day on the first of May we had another picnic, just as hundreds of other students, which was held in the park at Vårdberget, . Despite the few hours of sleep the night before, a few people managed to show up, although we were all tired af, which you can see on the pictures below. Fortunately, the sun was shining and it felt really warm, so we all basically just laid there and enjoyed the sun and felt like crap :'D
All in all, it was a great weekend (though exhausting as well) and we really want to thank all the members (and non-members) who showed up to our events! We do it for you <3
